Shreen has led and delivered developments across the hospitality, residential, masterplans, resorts, commercial, and retail sectors, from feasibility to delivery.

Dhiraj is a senior real estate leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning real estate, aviation, and financial services. An MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), he has held executive roles at three of the UAE’s top real estate developers, leading large-scale sales operations and high-value project launches. Known for his data-led approach and operational discipline, Dhiraj brings a strategic lens to GRID, building scalable sales systems, aligning pricing and marketing with business goals, and driving long-term asset performance through structured planning and commercial clarity.
